About this recipe
This fruit shake blends banana, strawberries, pineapple, mango, watermelon, kiwi and grapes with cream and crushed ice, creating a thick, very fruity drink that is especially refreshing in warm weather. The combination of tropical and seasonal fruit provides plenty of natural sweetness, so added sugar is usually optional.
The recipe is flexible and works with whatever fruit you have available. For a lighter version, replace the cream with plain yogurt or evaporated milk. Serve very cold, optionally garnished with kiwi or mint, for a quick drink that comes together in minutes.
