This page explains which parts of the site are protected and how to request permission to use them. Last updated: September 2026.

1. Brand and design

The name "Manual de Cocina", its logo, visual identity, color palette and interface design are protected by the rights of their owner. Reproducing, copying or reusing them for another project without prior authorization is not permitted.

2. Editorial content

The recipe text, photographs, videos and editorial structure published on the site are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may quote short excerpts with an attribution link back to the original page, but republishing full recipes, photographs or videos on another site, blog, social network or medium without prior written authorization isn't permitted.

3. What you can freely do

You can read, cook, print for personal use, and share the direct link to our pages freely; none of that requires authorization.

4. Third-party content

When the site cites an external source or embeds a video hosted on a third-party platform, that material may be subject to the rights of its respective owners, distinct from those of Manual de Cocina.

5. How to request a use

To request permission to use content, a license, or to resolve any question about rights, write to hola@manualdecocina.com stating which content you're interested in and for what purpose.

6. Infringement claims

If you believe some content on the site infringes your intellectual-property rights, write to us at the same address with enough detail to identify the content and your ownership of it; we'll review it and act accordingly.
