About this recipe

This berry shake blends frozen strawberries, blackberries and raspberries with banana and almond milk. Using frozen fruit instead of fresh fruit plus ice keeps the drink thick and cold from the start without watering it down.

Banana adds creaminess and natural sweetness, while vanilla and an optional touch of honey or maple syrup round out the flavor. Everything is made in one blender in under five minutes, making it a quick breakfast or snack.
