Ingredients for tomato soup:

  • 1 lata de tomates pelados y picados
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup of milk cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

1/4 cup of milk cream

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until tender.
  3. Add the tomatoes and chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Use a blender or hand blender to blend the soup until smooth.
  7. Add the milk cream and mix again.
  8. Heat the soup over low heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot.
