  • 4 mature tomatoes

  • 1 green pepper

  • 1/2 1/2 pepino

  • 1 glove of garlic

  • 50 grams of stale bread

  • 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 pinch of Salt to taste

  • Water (optional, to adjust consistency)

  • Hard-boiled eggs (optional, to decorate)

  • Serrano ham in strips (optional, to decorate)
