Ingredients:

  • 12 Sheets cannelloni

  • 500 grams Ground meat of res

  • 1 und Chopped onion

  • 2 cloves Chopped garlic

  • 1 und chopped red pepper

  • 1 Cup Pineapple drained in small chunks

  • 2 Cups Tomato sauce

  • 1 Cup Grated cheese

  • 1 Pinch Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 trickle oliva oil

Instructions

  • Cook cinnamon sheets according to package directions and reserve.
  • In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat and add the onion and garlic. Cook for a few minutes until they are soft.
  • Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until golden brown. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the red pepper and pineapple to the pan and cook for a few minutes until tender.
  • Add the tomato sauce to the pan and cook for a few more minutes until hot.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Grease a baking mold with a little olive oil.
  • Stuff each cinnamon sheet with a large tablespoon of the meat and pineapple mixture and roll carefully. Place the stuffed cinnamon sticks in the baking mold.
  • Cover the cannelloni with the tomato sauce and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
