  • 2 Cups Grated green papaya

  • 1 und Medium grated carrot

  • 1 Cup Green beans, cut into small pieces

  • 1 und Medium tomato cut into pieces

  • 2 cloves chopped garlic

  • 2 und Chopped red chili peppers

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons Roasted and chopped peanuts

  • Leaves Fresh cilantro to decorate

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a large mortar, add the minced garlic and red chiles. Crush them well until you obtain a paste.
  • Add the grated carrot and green beans to the mortar and mash lightly to soften them slightly.
  • Add the grated green papaya and mash gently. This will help the flavors blend.
  • Add the tomato, sugar, fish sauce and lime juice to the mortar. Stir all the ingredients well to combine.
