Ingredients
  

  • 400 g of ground beef
  • 1 large potato cut into small cubes
  • 1 carrot cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 2 chopped ripe tomatoes or 200 g of crushed tomato
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • salt pepper and cumin to taste

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the onion, bell pepper, and tomato in oil
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned
  • Add the potato and carrot, season with salt, pepper, and cumin
  • Cook covered over medium heat for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender
  • Serve hot with rice or tortillas
