Ingredients
  

  • 600 g of ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup with breadcrumbs
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 3 tbsp of tomato sauce ketchup or tomato purée
  • 1 tbsp of mustard optional
  • 2 tbsp of chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil for sautéing

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the onion and garlic in a skillet with a little oil until golden
  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, and sautéed onion
  • Place the mixture in a greased rectangular pan, shaping it like a loaf
  • Spread a little more tomato sauce on top
  • Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes or until fully cooked
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving
