- 300 g of spaghetti
- 300 g of ground beef beef or mixed
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 400 g of crushed tomato
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- salt pepper and oregano to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese optional
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente
In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic with oil
Add the ground beef and cook until browned
Add the tomato, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes
Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve with Parmesan
