Ingredients
  

  • 300 g of spaghetti
  • 300 g of ground beef beef or mixed
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 400 g of crushed tomato
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • salt pepper and oregano to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente
  • In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic with oil
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned
  • Add the tomato, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes
  • Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve with Parmesan
