- 400 g of ground beef
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 chopped red bell pepper
- 1 lata 400 g of cooked red beans
- 1 lata 400 g of crushed tomato
- 1 tbsp of tomato paste
- 1 1 tsp of ground cumin
- 1 tsp of sweet paprika
- ½ tsp of chili powder or to taste
- 200 ml of beef broth
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper in oil
Add the ground beef and cook until browned
Add the tomato, tomato paste, beans, and spices
Pour in the broth and cook over medium heat for 15–20 minutes
Adjust the seasoning and serve hot
