Ingredients
  

  • 400 g of ground beef
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 lata 400 g of cooked red beans
  • 1 lata 400 g of crushed tomato
  • 1 tbsp of tomato paste
  • 1 1 tsp of ground cumin
  • 1 tsp of sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp of chili powder or to taste
  • 200 ml of beef broth
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper in oil
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned
  • Add the tomato, tomato paste, beans, and spices
  • Pour in the broth and cook over medium heat for 15–20 minutes
  • Adjust the seasoning and serve hot
