Ingredients
  

  • 500 g of ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp with breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, chopped and sautéed
  • 200 ml of beef broth
  • 150 ml of heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tbsp of wheat flour
  • salt pepper and nutmeg to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix the meat with egg, breadcrumbs, sautéed onion, salt, and nutmeg. Form small meatballs
  • Brown the meatballs in a skillet with butter and remove them
  • In the same skillet, add flour and cook for 1 minute; pour in broth and heavy cream, stirring until thickened
  • Add the meatballs to the sauce and cook for 10 minutes over low heat
  • Serve with mashed potatoes or rice
