Ingredients to prepare Filet Mignon:

  • 4 filet mignon, about 6 oz each
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, and parsley)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions:
