- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp with breadcrumbs
- 1 diente chopped garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce tomato, onion, and cheese to taste
Mix the meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper
Form 4 burgers of the same size
Cook on a skillet or grill 4-5 minutes per side
Place on the bun and serve with vegetables and cheese
