  • 500 grams of peeled and cleaned shrimp
  • 500 grams of squid, cleaned and cut into rings
  • 500 grams of clean mussels
  • 500 grams of clean clams
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1 cup of fish broth
  • 2 cups crushed tomato
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions to prepare seafood casserole

  1. In a large saucepan, heat a little olive oil and add the onion, garlic and red pepper. Sauté for a few minutes until tender.
  2. Add the shrimp and squid and sauté for a few minutes until golden.
  3. Añadir el vino blanco y dejar que se reduzca a la mitad.
  4. Add the crushed tomato, fish broth, oregano, parsley and a little salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Add the mussels and clams and cover the pot. Cook over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, or until the clams and mussels open.
