Ingredients:
- 200 grams of cookies
- 100 grams of butter
- 500 grams of cream cheese
- 200 grams of sugar

- 200 grams of strawberries
Elaboration:
- Crush the cookies and mix with the melted butter. Cover the bottom of a mold with this mixture and reserve in the refrigerator.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and eggs until smooth.

- 200 grams of dark chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 50 grams of sugar
- 200 ml whipping cream
Elaboration:
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and let it cool.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until foamy.
- Whip the cream and add it to the yolks and sugar mixture.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Whip the egg whites until stiff and add them to the mixture with soft, enveloping movements.
- Divide the mousse into individual glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Recipe 8: Catalan Cream
Ingredients:
- 500 ml of milk
- 6 egg yolks
- 150 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 cinnamon stick

- 250 grams of carrots
- 200 grams of flour
- 150 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of walnuts
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Elaboration:
- Grate the carrots and chop the walnuts.

- 200 grams of sponge cakes
- 250 grams of mascarpone cheese
- 3 eggs
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1 cup of coffee
- Cocoa powder (for sprinkling)
Elaboration:
- In a bowl, beat the egg yolks together with the sugar until you get a foamy mixture.
- Add the mascarpone cheese to the yolks and sugar mixture and mix well.
